How to Remove a User Account from Your Website

Follow the instructions below for the platform your site is built on.

Shopify

1. Log in to the Shopify admin panel.

2. Go to Settings → Users and permissions.

3. Select the staff or collaborator account you want to remove.

4. Click Remove.

5. Confirm the deletion.

Wix

1. Log in to the Wix Dashboard.

2. Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions.

3. Find the user you want to remove.

4. Click the More Actions (⋮) icon next to their name.

5. Select Remove.

Squarespace

1. Open the Home Menu.

2. Go to Settings → Permissions.

3. Under Invite & Manage, find the contributor.

4. Click their name to open account settings.

5. Select Remove Access.

Log in to the Admin Dashboard.

1. Go to Users → All Users.

2. Hover over the account you want to delete and click Delete.

3. Choose whether to reassign or delete their content.

4. Confirm the deletion.
