Removing Users from Google Analytics

This guide outlines the steps to remove a user from Google Analytics to ensure proper access management.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Google Analytics 0:00

Open your web browser and navigate to Google Analytics by entering the URL: analytics.google.com.
Step 2: Locate Your Website Property 0:10

Once logged in, find and select the website property from which you want to remove a user. 
Step 3: Access Admin Settings 0:24

Click on the cog icon located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to access the Admin settings. 
Step 4: Remove User from User Management 0:24

In the User Management section, find the user you wish to remove.

Tick the checkbox next to their name.

Click on the 'Remove' button to delete their access. 
Step 5: Remove User from Property Access Management 0:24

Alternatively, you can go to Property Access Management.

Find the user, tick the box next to their name, and click 'Remove'.
