I’m BrisTechTonic’s fractional COO. I work closely with Chris to help run things smoothly behind the scenes. I focus on operations, systems, team development and making sure we’re set up to grow sustainably. I also lead internal projects and take the heavy lifting off Chris’s plate so he can focus on growing the business.

My background is in hospitality and lifestyle-led businesses, but I’ve spent years in operations, helping creative teams stay focused without losing their spark. I started at BrisTechTonic on a project basis and now support in a more embedded role.

I love untangling complexity, bringing structure to chaos and creating systems that actually work for people. It’s a challenge, but I genuinely get a kick out of it.
