In Lisa's own words.

I look after all things back office at BrisTechTonic, the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything running smoothly. My background is a mix of PA and EA roles, so I'm used to juggling a lot and now have my own virtual assistant business. Day to day, I manage our inbox, coordinate meetings, update our CRM and systems, and keep things on track with invoicing. I also help organise team events, awards entries, travel, you name it!

What I enjoy most is supporting the team and seeing everyone grow, not just in numbers, but in confidence. I love staying connected with clients and keeping things as efficient as possible, without it ever feeling too corporate.
