The challenge

DeskLodge had a bold new brand. We rebuilt its Webflow site around it in five weeks, and made booking a meeting room or day pass something people could do on the spot.

DeskLodge is one of Bristol's best-known flexible workspace providers, with coworking spaces and serviced offices near Bristol Temple Meads and in central Bristol. It offers everything from day passes and hot desks to meeting rooms and private offices.

DeskLodge built its name on playful, themed workspaces, with quirky rooms, bold décor and plenty of personality, making it a favourite with Bristol's creative crowd. After 12 years in the business it was looking to refresh its brand to appeal to a broader audience: freelancers, start-ups, and established businesses looking for somewhere polished to meet clients.

In summer 2025, DeskLodge launched a complete rebrand. The whole look, feel and voice of the business changed, with a bolder, contemporary identity built around stylish workspaces that help people do their best work. This was no small feat, and the website needed to match their new direction in just under 5 weeks ready for the brand launch party on 24 July.

A rebrand is the best time to fix the journey, so we fixed it while every page was already on the table.

Our approach

We kept visitors on the site to book

There was a big opportunity to encourage more conversions, turning the website from a brochure into a sales channel. One way we did this was through the booking system. Booking a meeting room or day pass previously meant leaving the DeskLodge site for a third-party system. Rather than linking out to the booking platform, we integrated it directly into the website. Visitors can now browse, choose and pay for meeting rooms, day passes and memberships while staying in the DeskLodge eco-system. The journey is shorter, the branding stays consistent all the way to checkout, and every booking can now be tracked back to the website. That's how DeskLodge can put a number on what the site brings in.

We brought the new brand to life online

We applied the new fonts, colour palette and brand icons across the site, creating a digital space that reflected the contemporary feel of the physical offices and co-working spaces.

We redesigned 23 pages in Webflow

This covered the homepage, location pages, membership pages, meeting rooms, serviced offices, blogs, forms and thank-you pages. The flexibility of the new templates and blocks meant the DeskLodge team could continue playing with the new concept after launch.

We made the journey clearer

We simplified location pages, tidied up the navigation and footer, and added a sticky call-to-action so the next step was always visible.

We set up tracking for every step of booking

Working with the tracking setup, each stage from viewing a product to completing payment is now measured, so DeskLodge can see exactly what the website earns.

We handed over the keys

The DeskLodge team had the flexibility to update the site themselves, ensuring a fluid, transparent process throughout.

What moved, and why

DeskLodge's website now looks like the brand, works like a sales channel, and shows the team exactly what it brings in. Visitors can go from "that looks like a nice space" to a confirmed booking in one visit.

Comparing the 12 months after launch with the 12 months before: users up 26%, engaged sessions up 30%, phone clicks up 63%, and the engagement rate up from 58.7% to 61.8%. Over £16k in online bookings came through the site, a revenue stream it didn't track before.

Search visibility also held steady through a full rebrand and relaunch. That's often where redesigns go wrong.

“BrisTechTonic have been supporting us for years with a variety of services from SEO to PPC campaigns and then with our website work and development. When we knew we were rebranding, we understood one of the most important areas to showcase and get right was our website. The team were incredible in understanding what we wanted and then delivering it in a smooth process that worked well for us. We're very happy with the end result from the visual side of things and for the better performance, customer experience and improved conversions and revenue it has brought us. Thank you.”

Three things this case study tells us

A rebrand is the best time to fix the journey.

You're touching every page anyway, so fix the friction while you're there.

Keep people on your site.

Every time you send a visitor somewhere else to book, you risk losing them.

If you can't measure it, you can't prove it.

Tracking each booking step turned the website from a cost into something with a clear return.

Make your website look like the brand and sell like a channel.
