The causes close to our team.

We support charities that matter to the people who work here, with sponsorship, fundraising and turning up on the night. Here is who we have backed, and why.

March 2023

Winston's Wish

Winston's Wish supports children, teenagers and young adults after the death of someone close to them, through counselling, group sessions, a helpline and practical advice for families.

The charity supported our Olivia's family after the loss of her mum, Caroline. Every March since, the family has organised a walk in her memory to raise money and bring the local community together.

For the tenth year, we sponsored the Walk for Winston's Wish Black Tie Ball at Moor Park Golf Club, and Olivia and her partner walked from Amsterdam to London: ten marathons in ten days.

November 2025

Bristol Bears Foundation

The Foundation uses rugby to give young people belonging, purpose and community, and opens doors for girls, women and under-represented groups in the game.

We joined the Foundation's quiz night at the Bristol Bears High Performance Centre on 26 November 2025. Between the quiz, a silent auction and a raffle, the evening raised £7,500.

It ties directly into how we work: if you can improve the place around you, that impact spreads.

We also back local people and sport through our sponsorship, and our wider commitments are set out in what we stand for.
